IN THE BEGINNING (GEN. 1:1)

The beauty and diversity of God’s handwork is beautifully displayed in nature. All things you can see, feel, smell or even think are part of His glorious Creation.

Creation reveals God; however, this revelation is held against humanity, so they are “without excuse” (Rom. 1:20). That’s bad news, but the bad news is just part of the narrative.

The Good News is brought “in the beginning” of the Gospel (John 1:1), because it points us to the Word, the Source of all things, the One who is not only the Creator of all things, but also the Redeemer, through Whom we can enjoy Creation to His glory, and not our own.
