25 Feb SOMETHING IS NOT GOOD

God created all things, and He saw that all was good. But even before the fall, there was one thing that was “not good.”

Adam worked hard naming all the animals, and as did, he realized he was alone. God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone. I will make him a helper fit for him.”

God made man and woman, and they “became one flesh.” Therefore, the writer implied that a man should leave behind even his father and mother for his wife.

There is no relationship on earth that can be more important and exciting than the one we have with our spouse. Our parents and even our kids are extremely important in our lives, but it is with our better half that we resemble the most relevant relationship in the history of world, the one of Christ and His Church.

Therefore, when He made the first couple, God reviewed His Creation and He amplified the adjective, “God saw that all was VERY GOOD.”
